What will your responsibilities include?

Sales Growth:
  • Assist customers in understanding our products and services.
  • Follow up with potential clients who are undecided.
  • Clarify Lease Agreements and finalize them when clients are ready to proceed.
Customer Service:
  • While self-storage is straightforward, inquiries will arise, and it’s essential to address them.
  • Handling customer complaints is part of the role, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Contacting tenants with overdue accounts is a necessary task.
  • Maintain clear communication with other departments as they are also considered customers.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience to build trust and reliability.
Property Maintenance and Upkeep:
  • Cleaning units is essential as customers move in and out; a clean environment is crucial.
  • Maintain cleanliness around the property and office for a pleasant work atmosphere.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure everything is functioning correctly. Utilize your handy skills for minor repairs, and coordinate with vendors for larger issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Some customers prefer cash payments, requiring trips to the bank for deposits.
  • Complete necessary paperwork such as auction files, tenant letters, and reports.
What do we need from you?
  • Reliability in transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential as you may oversee multiple locations.
  • A year of experience in the Storage Rental Industry is preferred, but a background in Customer Service Management is also acceptable.
  • Availability during business hours from Monday to Saturday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as technology is integral to the role.
  • Comfortable working independently or in small teams is important.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as push, pull, bend, and walk regularly around the property.
