Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at The Laurels of University Park. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing desired.
