BGSF, one of the largest staffing firms in the nation, is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and working with residents to resolve concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and relations
- Touring the community and apartment homes
- Selling and leasing apartment inventory
- Assisting with completion of required application and lease paperwork
- Assisting with marketing and community events
- Administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of six months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
- Software requirements may apply – Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.
- Fair Housing knowledge is required
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Ability to jump in and assist with other community projects
