Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our R&D Chef and culinary team to create innovative recipes and product formulations.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and gather feedback from taste panels to refine our products.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of product development, including sample inventory and usage.
- Assist in the development of formulas and procedures under the supervision of our R&D Chef.
- Participate in trade shows and customer presentations to showcase our products and build relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in food product development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong culinary background and skills, with a focus on food science and technical application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
