Job Title: Assembly Operations Specialist

At Cirtec Medical, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team in Lowell, MA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to work in our production environment, assembling a range of components into finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate diverse wafer fab equipment in a clean room setting, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Proficiently handle delicate wafers and small devices, loading fixtures and processing equipment with precision.
  • Conduct basic measurements, perform visual inspections, and accurately document work according to established procedures.
  • Meet production rates and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
