- Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT Tower leads to maintain accurate IT inventory records and ensure seamless asset movements.
- Work closely with customs and fixed asset teams to ensure adherence to customs regulations and accurate capital asset reporting.
- Coordinate with IT sourcing and logistics teams to track deliveries and plan asset movements.
- Ensure IT assets are stored and managed properly across sites, adhering to compliance requirements.
- Support capacity planning for fast-moving IT assets and accessories to meet end-user demands.
- Regularly review inventory levels and plan proactively to avoid ageing of tickets.
- Familiar with IT asset dispatching, tracking, and inventory management.
- Excellent vendor coordination and MIS reporting skills.
