  • Work closely with customs and fixed asset teams to ensure adherence to customs regulations and accurate capital asset reporting.
  • Coordinate with IT sourcing and logistics teams to track deliveries and plan asset movements.
  • Ensure IT assets are stored and managed properly across sites, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Support capacity planning for fast-moving IT assets and accessories to meet end-user demands.
  • Regularly review inventory levels and plan proactively to avoid ageing of tickets.
  • Familiar with IT asset dispatching, tracking, and inventory management.
  • Excellent vendor coordination and MIS reporting skills.
