Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Attendant to support our government client. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in custodial services, preferably within large-scale facilities. A strong understanding of cleaning protocols, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in lobby areas, hallways, and restrooms.
- Dust surfaces, clean doors and windows, and remove litter.
- Restock paper products and maintain kitchen and break areas.
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all clients and residents.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must be capable of sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and stooping for extended periods. The role may involve climbing stairs and moving equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position.
