Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Attendant to support our government clientele. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in custodial services, preferably within large facility environments. A thorough understanding of cleaning protocols, attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in lobby areas, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Dust surfaces, clean doors and windows, and remove litter.
  • Restock paper products and maintain kitchen and break areas.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to all clients and residents.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be capable of sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and stooping for extended periods. The role involves ascending and descending stairs and may require moving equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently, with the potential to lift up to 30 pounds.

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory.
