Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator and Programmer to join our team at Unilux Advanced Manufacturing. As a key member of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for operating and programming state-of-the-art CNC machinery to manufacture precision components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC machinery, including plasma tables, steel rolls, Haas lathes, and CNC welders.
  • Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and stock pushers.
  • Load feed mechanisms by lifting stock into position.
  • Verify settings by measuring positions and sample workpieces.
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in CNC operating and programming.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
