Warehouse Assistant Position

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at ASI Computer Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Receiving and Inspection:** Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • **Inventory Management:** Accurately manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain detailed records.
  • **Order Fulfillment:** Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands.
  • **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • **Productivity and Efficiency:** Ensure productivity and efficiency in all warehouse operations, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Requirements:**

  • **Prior Experience:** Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • **Basic Skills:** Basic computer and math skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • **Communication:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • **Physical Demands:** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
  • **Computer Knowledge:** Knowledge of computer components and systems is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Work Schedule:** Flexible hours between 8:30am - 6:00pm, with a focus on meeting the needs of our customers and operations.
