Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory of products. This position ensures adherence to proper material handling procedures and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the loading and unloading of materials within the warehouse or storage area.
2. Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, and other equipment to transport materials throughout the facility.
3. Contribute to achieving warehouse operational goals by meeting production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; addressing issues; conducting audits; and identifying trends.
4. Enhance warehouse efficiency by understanding product handling and storage needs; implementing policies and procedures; and assisting in the development of processes for receiving products, equipment use, inventory management, and shipping.
5. Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
6. Protect company assets by adhering to security and access policies and procedures.
7. Stay updated on job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, networking, and participation in industry organizations.
8. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of warehouse organization, functions, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Understanding of work orders and the pick, pack, and ship process.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Flexibility with work hours and days.
- Ability to make informed decisions to ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills with staff across various departments and levels.
- Positive interaction with colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership abilities.
