Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Manage all aspects of the location, including accurate on-time order fulfillment and shipping, on-time receiving, working capital management, inventory management, and quality management systems.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, mentor, hire, and train employees, including performance management.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and audit standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage expense-based profit and loss statements, drive efficiencies within the facility using LEAN methodologies, and maintain facility tour-ready standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through order fulfillment and problem resolution, ensuring alignment with market strategy and customer expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work with other support departments, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, and Finance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years' operations management experience, specifically in distribution center facilities preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft applications, ability to effectively communicate in both group and individual settings, capable of handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 0-25% of the time.
