About the Job
  Cornerstone Transportation Consulting seeks a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to oversee the construction and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed in accordance with the client's requirements.

  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Implements division of responsibilities matrix to ensure efficient contract administration.
  • Administers contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations.
  • Negotiates moderately complex contract changes with contractors and customers.
  • Represents clients in contractual discussions, leveraging expertise to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.


  Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Specialized courses or experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations, and accounting.

  This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile transportation projects. The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000-$155,000, depending on experience.
