Planning Business Process Manager

The Planning Business Process Manager will play a key role in maintaining and executing the production schedule of the Brewery, ensuring seamless operations and meeting production targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of salaried employees and operators, driving employee engagement and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain the short to medium-term production schedule for 4 production lines, including 2 can lines, 1 bottle line, and a draft line.
  • Oversee primary and secondary material ordering, managing vendor relations and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Drive improvements in Wholesaler Service Level through plan attainment and collaboration with BSC and Zone Logistics Teams.
  • Lead planning and execution of promotional products and new innovations, working closely with operating departments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Science, or Management discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving skills, and ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, with ability to cross-functionally move between departments and divisions.
  • Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, with ability to relocate.
