**Job Title:** Project Manager

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year

McAdams is a dynamic land planning and landscape architecture firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Planning + Design Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients, design professionals, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to manage all aspects of project delivery, including client communication, project coordination, and team management. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different market sectors, including residential, commercial, and municipal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project solutions
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to help them grow professionally
  • Analyze technical aspects of projects to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
  • RLA licensure (NC preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture, preferably in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, and Sketch-up
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
