We're seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the construction phase, commissioning, and close-out of a state-of-the-art data center project.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage mechanical construction activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee mechanical system installations, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and associated systems.
  • Ensure alignment of mechanical designs with overall design intent and client expectations, managing any issues during construction.
Key Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical project management, with data center construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex mechanical systems installations and commissioning processes.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
