Job Overview
A high-level technical position, seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to provide leadership and direction to engineering disciplines for large-scale industrial projects. This role will oversee the execution of DRI plant projects valued over $100 million, requiring coordination with project management, procurement, and project controls.

Responsibilities
This critical position involves providing technical guidance, reviewing external engineering partner capabilities, coordinating technical bid evaluations, and participating in client meetings. Key duties include managing vendor documents, ensuring proper status in SmarTeam, leading design and 3D model reviews, and organizing Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) meetings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring progress, taking corrective action as needed, and holding discipline engineers accountable for meeting project schedule and deliverable requirements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in engineering & supply project experience on large industrial projects, including multi-discipline engineering functions. Proficiency with resource-loaded P6 Project Schedules, forecasting engineering labor, calculating EACs, SPIs, and CPIs is required. Additionally, proficiency with an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) software, document workflows, and computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Adobe PDF is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills and be able to interface with all levels of the project team, senior management, clients, vendors, and construction partners.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is between $78,400 and $112,000 per year.
