Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing building projects from start to finish and leading teams independently through the process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the design aspects of at least two projects through their full lifecycle, producing designs, and delegating work to other architects as needed. Effective time management and project coordination are crucial responsibilities that require strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

This role involves client-facing interactions, including the potential of running charrettes and reviews, participating in marketing efforts like RFQs or interviews, and mentoring younger staff members. The individual will also be responsible for performing QA/QC on other projects, functioning as a third-party internal reviewer. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in managing building projects from start to finish and leading teams independently
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Revit
  • Skilled in graphic design and architecture for creating presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective leadership and communication
  • Capable of outlining team requirements and timelines for project completion
  • Knowledgeable in architectural processes and willing to assist with business development (BD)

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office, offering opportunities for growth and professional development.
