Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of front desk personnel, ensuring proper completion of all front office duties.
- Guest Services: Represent the hotel in a professional, knowledgeable, and eloquent manner, resolving guest problems quickly and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Train all front office personnel, participate in the selection process, and evaluate job performance.
- Financial Management: Work within the allocated budget for the front office, verify cashiers in and out, and ensure accurate room status information.
- Team Management: Supervise workload during shifts, conduct regular meetings with front office personnel, and maintain a positive team-oriented environment.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and handle Guest Satisfaction Scores, review daily front office work and activity reports, and maintain an impeccably clean and safe environment.
- A minimum of one year of front desk supervisor experience.
- Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and hotel management systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
- A valid driver's license and fluency in English.
