Job Description:

As a Front Desk/Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience at Dave & Buster's. This includes greeting guests, coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales, and processing transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked front desk and host station, and ensuring that all menus are stocked and properly cleaned and maintained.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Physical Demands:

* Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
* Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
* Read and write handwritten notes
* Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
* Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
* Walk or stand 100% of shift
* Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
