Strategic Market Intelligence Director

The Senior Strategy & Market Intelligence Director will be responsible for building and leading RxBenefits' market and competitive intelligence program. This program will provide strategic insights to support the company's growth and inform key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive market and competitive intelligence framework to monitor macroeconomic, industry, and clinical trends.
Identify and implement data sources to provide a full view of the market and competitive landscape, enabling the prediction of trends in market dynamics, competition, and customers.
Create and maintain dashboards to assess key macroeconomic indicators and track and assess key industry trends and strategic assumptions.
Develop and maintain profiles of top competitors and track emerging competition.
Create a market and competitive center of expertise across the organization to align PBM messaging for the organization.
Benchmark RxBenefits growth to industry and competitors.
Develop a daily newsletter of key events.
Develop a governance structure and framework to disseminate findings to key stakeholders.
Deliverables
Actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
A compelling and persuasive story that delivers actionable insights through own research and collaboration across the enterprise.
Identification of key research topics and leadership of custom in-house research.
Support strategic planning by identifying and assessing opportunities and threats in the market.
Support key internal stakeholders in developing positioning and messaging to help RxBenefits win and retain business.
Requirements
Master's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
10+ years' experience in insights or strategy is required.
5 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management industry required.
Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships and build partnerships.
Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all departments to build successful relationships with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to present complex information, utilizing storytelling techniques to communicate a clear, compelling, and cohesive story and customize to audience.
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources.
Highly motivated, self-starter.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
