Restaurant Operations Manager

At Charter Foods, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Manager to support our Management Team in running great shifts and meeting our standards and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your shift by leading the team with a smile, seeking help when needed, and guiding others.
- Ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
- Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage basic computer literacy and stooping during 80% of shift time.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to stoop during 80% of shift time.
