Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team at FutureRecruit. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for maintaining documents and ensuring compliance with IATF requirements and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update documents, including electronic and hard copies, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Operate and maintain the Spartan Quality Operating System (SQOS) to ensure its functionality and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and perform purchasing, repairing, and calibrating of gages to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Manage audit and containment processes, including generating reports and providing training to auditors.
  • Support IMDS processes, handle requests, and enter information into the IMDS website.
  • Prepare information for management review meetings and update presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF requirements and customer standards in all areas of document control, auditing, and management review presentations.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies and propose changes to quality policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree, engineer, technical training, or coursework in quality systems.
  • Certifications in ISO/IATF and IMDS.
  • Automotive industry and/or die casting industry experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze information and create charts or graphs.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge in gage calibration and repairs.
  • Technical knowledge of quality management systems, IATF, and IMDS.
