Plasma Center Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of plasma donations.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility for plasma donation
- Collect and process plasma donations while maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Monitor and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and provide excellent customer service to our donors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, and eligible employees may participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
