Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Screener to join our team at Biolife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors by conducting thorough medical screenings and phlebotomy procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical screenings and phlebotomy procedures to ensure donor safety and well-being
  • Answer phones and greet donors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and ensure their safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English and Spanish proficiency
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
