Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at Biolife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and collect plasma samples
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures to support plasma center operations
  • Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English and Spanish proficiency
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
