About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at Biolife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in phlebotomy or a related field; experience in a plasma collection center or medical laboratory setting a plus
  • English and Spanish proficiency required; additional languages a plus
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods
