We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling paint and related products to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell paint and related products to customers, providing recommendations and advice on product selection
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
