About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Durham, North Carolina.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract opportunity that requires a dedicated professional to provide quality respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • At least 2 years of experience in respiratory care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
