Behavioral Health Services North is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through comprehensive behavioral health services. We are committed to fostering a supportive community environment and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Client Relations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, whether in person or over the phone, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage and coordinate client appointments, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate their needs.
- Utilize strong listening skills to address client inquiries effectively, documenting all interactions promptly.
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility by adhering to established protocols and managing visitor access.
- Assist clients in updating their financial information during each visit.
- Conduct intake interviews and complete necessary documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, along with a basic understanding of Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is required for local travel.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and programs.
