Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and committed individual to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide support and services to youth and families.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
