The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide support and services to youth and families.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
