Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our event sales team in developing strategic plans to increase revenue and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing private dining reservations, coordinating storewide buyouts, and orchestrating partner events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Sales Strategy: Develop and implement annual and quarterly business development plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead the event sales team, providing strategic sales coaching, and constructive feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing event planning, contract development, detailing, and coordinating with restaurant and store teams for execution.
- Sales Performance: Monitor private dining performance against quarterly quotas and goals, and report weekly sales performance and quarterly forecasts to the Director of Marketing/COO.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits that include health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
