Job Opportunity

At tekWorx, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and commissioning control systems for chiller and boiler plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement control systems for HVAC and BAS applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and commissioning activities to ensure system performance
  • Provide training and support to customers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience with control systems, programming, and commissioning
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and networking for building automation systems
  • Experience with HVAC and BAS systems and equipment for CHW and HHW applications is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs and Niagara hardware and software applications is encouraged
