About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional care to children and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to support youth ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parent Management Training (PMT).

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and other relevant parties to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
  • Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline's standards of ethical care, accurately recording client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline's policies, procedures, and best practices to deliver high-quality care.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for delivering evidence-based interventions that empower families to thrive.
  • Unrestricted licensure in LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD, with a proven track record of practicing independently without supervision.
  • Availability to provide care during peak hours (2pm-8pm) for a minimum of 6 hours/week, allowing you to balance your schedule and meet the needs of our clients.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering CBT, PMT, and other evidence-based practices in a telehealth/video setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $65, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. This compensation structure recognizes the importance of administrative tasks, including documentation, care coordination, and training, in delivering exceptional care.
