About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation and Performance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our compensation strategy, you will work closely with business leaders and People Ops teams across North America, Latin America, and Europe to design and implement effective pay programs that attract and retain top talent.

Your primary focus will be on providing expert consultancy services to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. You will analyze salary survey outcomes, recommend adjustments to salary structures, and update job descriptions and compensation guidelines as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Offer strategic guidance on compensation matters to support business growth and talent acquisition.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide accurate data analysis and recommendations for market-driven compensation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on government regulations and company policies to guarantee compliance with laws and standards such as minimum wage, FLSA, and pay equity.
  • Participate in global salary surveys to stay up-to-date on market trends and make informed decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain salary ranges globally to reflect market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent the compensation team's perspective and drive business results.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation with a strong analytical background.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and compensation-related systems (e.g., Workday, Mercer, ADP, Radford, or other related platforms).
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation analysis methodologies and benchmarking tools.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with FLSA and Pay Equity/Transparency legislation.

The estimated base salary for this role is between $123,326 and $165,300. This is an exempt role, and compensation packages are based on many factors, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands, and specific geographical location.
