About the Role

Sixt is seeking a skilled Rental Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on vehicle options and additional services
  • Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations, meeting sales and service standards
  • Complete administrative tasks, including daily lists to assist the branch
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Assist with vehicle returns and turnarounds as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to meet sales quotas or work in highly commissioned positions (preferred)
  • Ability to follow defined service and sales processes
