Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jobot. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance industry, a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests for certificates of insurance within 30 minutes of receipt
  • Process renewal certificates of insurance at the direction of Account Manager
  • Data entry in the agency management system
  • Quote and process "add on" agreements to existing finance agreements to premium finance company
  • Policy processing, including pulling policies from websites and attaching in the agency management system
  • Process all change requests, including updating the Agency Management System and notification to carrier
  • Review correspondence and document in the agency management system
  • Assist with the cancellation process and policy renewal process
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior insurance experience preferable
  • Current and valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
