Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Rust Backend Engineer role will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 7 years of experience in software development, specifically within a Rust environment.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems utilizing cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, Rust programming, and SQL/Relational databases.
  • Experience in leading engineering teams, either formally or informally.
  • A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, including unit testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor peers and influence best practices across the team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional programming languages, technologies, and cloud platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with the legal sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
