We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager to advocate for the Plug and Play business model and cultivate relationships with corporate and limited partners in the insurance sector.

Your role will involve defining and steering the approach to meet our clients' objectives effectively, delivering exceptional value, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

YOUR IMPACT:
Manage and enhance a portfolio of accounts and limited partners, acting as the primary strategic advisor.

Regularly engage with your portfolio through meetings, organizational mapping, and stakeholder engagement, while becoming an expert in both Plug and Play and the insurance domain.

Coordinate investor gatherings, including annual meetings and conference calls.

Take ownership of key retention metrics such as Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) for your assigned accounts.

Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to secure that revenue.

Proactively assess churn risks and work with cross-functional teams to address them.

Assist in crafting investor communications, including presentations, reports, and press releases.

Lead and deliver quarterly executive business reviews for your accounts, ensuring tailored content, substantial value, and actionable insights.

Develop a thorough understanding of our corporate and limited partners' innovation challenges, focus areas, and technological interests.

Maintain high responsiveness and proactively reach out to existing and potential investors through phone calls, company visits, non-deal roadshows, and industry conferences.

Attend industry events to network and build relationships in person.


COLLABORATION:
Work alongside Ventures and Programs to inform future roadmap decisions based on both direct and indirect client feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, specifically with strategic or enterprise-level clients, managing retention metrics such as GDR and NDR, and conducting strategic executive business reviews.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Experience in the banking or insurance industry is preferred, or another highly regulated sector.

Self-driven, analytical, and ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset, possessing a keen curiosity about our products and industry.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A passion for enhancing financial services and the insurance landscape.

A desire to collaborate with a rapidly growing team.
