POSITION SUMMARY: In the role of Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Manager to proactively cultivate new business opportunities and enhance engagement strategies with both prospective and current clients. This entails preparing detailed quotations, driving sales growth within established accounts, conducting quarterly performance reviews, and projecting future sales trends. You will also liaise with technical support teams to formulate tailored account strategies through direct interaction with manufacturing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Client Relationship Manager will address daily operational matters, including customer inquiries regarding work-in-progress status, requests for design documents, monitoring die release schedules against forecasts, and overseeing production timelines or expedited processes. This position requires the ability to gather essential information from manufacturing partners or clients concerning assembly or testing protocols. A strong motivation, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills are essential. The role demands effective teamwork and a solid understanding of assembly and testing workflows. Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ASE prefers candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and/or 4-6 years of relevant sales experience, particularly with a robust understanding of the integrated circuit assembly and testing processes within the semiconductor sector. Candidates should have experience managing key accounts and possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A passion for working with people and the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals are essential. Proficiency in organizational tasks and computer skills, including the ability to summarize weekly activities in report format, is required.

SUPERVISORY ROLE: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

MATH SKILLS: Basic mathematical skills are required.

COMPENSATION: The base salary range for this full-time position is competitive and determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
