Position Overview:

The Engagement Director at TEPHRA plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing extensive transformation projects for our clients. This leadership position demands a strategic mindset to coordinate efforts between TEPHRA and client teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring all project phases are delivered successfully.
  • Maintain accountability for project quality, engagement levels, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and present thought leadership pieces at industry conferences, showcasing innovative approaches to transformation.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project teams to meet client expectations and project milestones.
  • Assist project managers in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project outcomes.
  • Oversee program-level metrics, manage risks, and ensure the completion of deliverables.
  • Implement business process enhancements and ERP/Front Office systems tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize extensive business and technical knowledge to guide technology architecture, data analysis, and application development.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to project managers and client leadership teams.
  • Engage in scoping new projects and crafting compelling proposals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and digital technologies.
  • Experience with at least five full life cycle implementations as a Project Manager across various sectors.
  • A minimum of ten years in transformational consulting or relevant industry roles.
  • At least six years of experience in proposal development and business case creation.
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling.
  • Experience working with multinational organizations in diverse cultural settings is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Preferred background in Communications, Media & Entertainment, or Information Services.
  • Ability to lead teams of varying sizes, from small groups to larger teams exceeding 25 members.
  • Familiarity with Global Delivery Models.
  • Strong skills in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is essential.
