Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at Apple Rehab Cromwell. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our skilled nursing community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and oversee nursing services for assigned residents, adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.
