Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents by changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective organization skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals and residents.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
