Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

CRI Advantage is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our growing ServiceNow practice. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, testing, and transition of Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Perform thorough data analysis to provide requirements for developers, enabling configuration and customization.
  • Assist in gathering core configuration requirements, translating them into a design model, and managing the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
  • Capture customer and service provider requirements into stories, solve the approach, and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
  • Design and execute trainings and UAT.
Service Management Remediation Projects:
  • Assist delivery teams in rectifying issues and improving service delivery to customers against the ServiceNow Platform.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience.
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow BA experience.
  • Understanding of Scrum Methodology.
  • Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
  • Facilitation skills to assist in gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members.
  • Use of industry-recognized technologies to facilitate the work environment.
  • Demonstrate experience in communicating across all levels of an organization.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation+ certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • COBIT, VeriSM, IT4IT, Lean IT certifications.
  • Scrum certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, specific module: presales/micro-certifications.
