About the Role

CRI Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our rapidly growing ServiceNow practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional ServiceNow solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Lead: Collaborate with our project managers, business analysts, and technical resources to design and develop ServiceNow implementations, integrations, configurations, and custom application development.
  • Proof of Concept and Demo Development: Develop ServiceNow proofs of concept, product functional demos, and other development activities in support of business development.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customers and document project functional and non-functional requirements and/or User Stories.
  • Backlog Management and Development: Manage execution of User Stories and help maintain backlog within Sprints and Epics. Develop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business needs.
  • Query, Widget, Report, and Dashboard Development: Design and develop queries, widgets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Unit and Functional Testing: Build unit and functional test specifications and/or scripts; conduct unit and functional testing; oversee and/or assist customer acceptance testing; conduct post-production release testing.
  • Customer Training and Account Development: Develop and deliver customer training. Collaborate with our Sales team and other co-workers to develop accounts, including presenting ServiceNow and CRI capabilities.
  • Opportunity Assessment and Solution Recommendation: Assist in assessing opportunities for fit with ServiceNow products and recommending solutions.
Requirements

  • ServiceNow Experience: Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and configuration of the core ServiceNow applications.
  • ServiceNow Administration: Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including users, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, service portal, widgets, and catalog items.
  • ITIL Process Framework: Possess a good understanding of ITIL process framework.
  • Scrum/Agile Development Principles: Knowledge of Scrum/agile development principles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Skills to effectively analyze and solve problems.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and public.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Implementation Experience: Strong ServiceNow implementation experience across the spectrum of IT and Business process support and automation application modules.
  • ITSM Product Suite: Experience with ITSM product suite is desired.
  • CSM Product Suite: Experience with CSM product suite is preferred.
  • ITBM Product Suite: Experience with ITBM product suite is desired.
  • ITOM Product Suite: Experience with ITOM (Discovery/Visibility) product suites is desired.
  • ITAM Product Suite: Experience with ITAM product suite is desired.
  • Security Operations Product Suite: Experience with Security Operations product suite is desired.
  • Third-Party Software Integration: Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow is desired.
  • Web Services Integration: Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, Bootstrap, AngularJS and JSON), System and Process Automation is desired.
Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field with 6 plus years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are required at the time of hire. Two CIS certifications, such as ITSM, CSM (preferred), HRSD, ITOM Discovery, ITOM Visibility, etc., are also required. Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required within 6 months of hire.
