About the Role

The Membership Coordinator is a key member of the Avanos Medical team, responsible for the efficient and effective management of our Integrated Health Network group/Group Purchasing Organization membership. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approval/rejection of requested GPO/IHN tier activations
  • Loading and maintenance of customer and GPO membership in Vistex/SAP S4
  • Research, correspondence, and response to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Working in support of sales team, customer service, finance, and reporting to ensure consistency of data between SFDC, Vistex/S4, reported sales tracing data, and expected results
  • Ability to meet defined departmental and functional KPIs
  • Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis requests
Requirements
  • Intermediate Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Sorting, Filtering, Data Manipulation)
  • High attention to detail and working through complex data
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • The ability to change focus quickly to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Team player with a high level of dedication and the desire to learn and adapt
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strongly prefer candidates with at least 2 years applicable experience
  • Experience in key systems including SAP, BI/BW
  • Membership experience managing national GPOs
  • Work experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
