Client Experience Specialist

As an Experience Associate at MiniLuxe Inc, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while managing the service floor and driving revenue. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients
- Manage the flow of the MiniLuxe clean lab and maintain studio organization
- Accurately book appointments and manage bookings for maximum client intake
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and increase client retention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in using computer equipment and technology
