Job Description

GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager/IT Business Analyst to support our growing Cloud Services practice. The ideal candidate will have experience leading development teams within an agile framework, coordinating sprints, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct team's agile rhythms, coordination with external teams, and calendar management
  • Manage and ensure the delivery of meeting documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), status reports, and agile ceremony documentation
  • Direct the assembly and documentation of agile-related artifacts, including user studies and backlog management activities
  • Develop cloud business best practices and processes
  • Train and lead team members on the proper use of Jira and Confluence
  • Support the gathering of requirements for delivering cloud migration planning and implementation services
  • Work directly with multiple teams and business units to understand business needs and translate those to IT/business capabilities
  • Perform requirements gathering, create/modify business process workflows, and process improvements
  • Participate in UAT and development process as needed

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience supporting a cloud and/or application development project
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools
  • Working knowledge of Jira projects, workflows, issue types, permissions, and notifications
  • Must possess experience developing documentation and SOP creation
  • Strong verbal and communications skills, working with senior leadership and across organizational teams
  • Ability to create a positive Customer Experience and high customer satisfaction rate
  • Working knowledge of AWS (helpful)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
