Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with collecting and evaluating essential market data, while pinpointing opportunities for enhancement to boost company revenue and enhance brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing both short-term and long-term marketing plans and promotional initiatives aimed at elevating brand visibility.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential new media outlets.
  • Analyzing market dynamics, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Creating and executing innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Enhancing brand visibility through various advertising channels, including television, radio, and print.
  • Gathering and presenting data for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to make informed professional decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in advertising, marketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Capability to follow instructions and take initiative when necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to swiftly respond to changing demands while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate various solutions and approaches to challenges.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in executing successful paid marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient understanding of media planning, purchasing, and tracking.
  • Strong project management capabilities to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
  • A data-driven mindset with expertise in performance marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
