Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a Personal Shopping Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments
  • Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service
  • Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes
  • Help organize appointment scheduling and enter precise clientele information
  • Assist with digital selling and social media presence
  • Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock and maintain a clean and organized fitting room environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer and systems proficiency
  • Fashion sensibility and previous sales or retail experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Styling, fashion, and/or fashion retail experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Sharepoint
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
